When will my order be processed ?
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my orders ?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confrimation with the tracking details where you will be able to track your order throughout it’s journey.
How can I change/cancel my order ?
- Please contact us at allurestorenl@gmail.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been dispatched, unfortunately we will no longer be able to amend it.
Do you accept returns ?
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with all included materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How long does the return process take ?
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
How long does the shipping take ?
- Shipping times vary based on the destination. At checkout, once you enter your destination, you'll see an estimated delivery timeframe.
Do you provide international shipping?
- Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
- Most of our jewelry pieces are crafted in very limited quantities and released only once. Subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom right corner of our page to be the first to know when we launch new collections, so you never miss out!
