When will my order be processed ?
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my orders ?
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confrimation with the tracking details where you will be able to track your order throughout it’s journey.
How can I change/cancel my order ?
  • Please contact us at allurestorenl@gmail.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been dispatched, unfortunately we will no longer be able to amend it.
Do you accept returns ?
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with all included materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
